Privacy Policy

We don't sell personal data or share it with affiliates. All our emails come from email addresses that are obviously us. We are cooperative with law enforcement.

How Did I Get On This Mailing List?

If you're on our list it's because you met us somewhere and gave us your business card, or that you RSVPed to attend one of our events, or that you emailed us to ask to be added to our mailing list.

Unsubscribing

Reply to any of our emails with the subject 'Unsubscribe'. It may take a week to be removed. If you've tried multiple times to unsubscribe without success, it may be that we can't receive your emails even though you receive ours. Call us.

Bouncing Mail

We clean our list diligently of bouncing email addresses. If your mail system is having problems, there's a good chance your address will be culled from our database. Send us another email that says subscribe.

Forged Email

We receive forged email every day. The email address is not a reliable indicator where an email actually came from. Our mail server IP address is 12.158.190.77 and has SPF.

What Mailer Software Is This?

We developed mailer software called PersonMail that enables us to personalize mail and address it individually. We follow best practices for sending email. We never use no-reply addresses or hide our identity. If you have a suggestion for improvement, let us know.

Still Having Trouble? Call Us

In rare cases we've experienced a server crash. A system back-up restore will put our database back to an earlier state, undoing recent unsubscribes. In a situation like that there's nothing we can do except ask people to be patient and unsubscribe a second time.
